Client Service Representative (Finance)

Location: On-site full-time in Tofino, BC, Canada; flexibility to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance and during evenings or weekends may be required.

What you will do

• Help clients manage their accounts and financial products.
• Answer banking questions and assist with day-to-day transactions.
• Resolve client issues by listening, asking questions, and taking accountability.
• Connect clients with the appropriate hirify.global team members to support their financial goals.
• Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and help them use digital banking tools.

Requirements

• Client-first approach with strong empathy and interpersonal communication.
• Goal-oriented attitude and commitment to delivering a meaningful client experience.
• Curiosity and willingness to continuously learn about banking products and technology.
• Ability to work banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends when required.
• Legally eligible to work at the specified Canadian location; a valid work or study permit may be required.
