Client Service Representative, 15h/weekly - Vaudreuil-Dorion (Banking)

Location: On-site in Vaudreuil-Dorion, Quebec, with flexibility to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance.

What you will do

• Support clients with day-to-day banking needs, accounts, and financial products.
• Answer questions and assist with banking transactions.
• Resolve client issues by listening, asking questions, and taking accountability for solutions.
• Connect clients with the appropriate CIBC team members to support their financial goals.
• Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and help them manage their banking needs digitally.
• Work flexible banking centre hours, including possible evenings and weekends.

Requirements

• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and, where applicable, hold a valid work or study permit.
• Client service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Empathy, problem-solving ability, and a client-first approach.
• Digital literacy and the ability to explain mobile banking tools.
• Availability for 15 hours per week and flexibility to work across nearby banking centres.
