Marketing Operations Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Own the AI-native GTM tech stack from strategy to execution, focusing on demand generation and productivity.
• Codify ICP scoring into documented, version-controlled infrastructure.
• Deploy AI for enrichment, scoring, routing, and outbound workflows while measuring impact.
• Manage AEO technical execution, including schema, client-side rendering, and crawlability.
• Enforce data hygiene and maintain a single source of truth for customer and opportunity status.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Marketing/RevOps engineer or technical growth marketer.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, APIs, and automation tooling beyond basic platform administration.
• Experience building opinionated attribution or lead-scoring systems.
• Hands-on experience with LLM-based automation and signal-to-noise analysis.
• Ability to read schemas and troubleshoot rendering issues alongside campaign reporting.
• Strong documentation habits and version control practices.

Nice to have

• Experience building GTM systems at an early-stage SaaS company.
• Familiarity with tools like Common Room, HockeyStack, or RB2B.
• Background in technical SEO/AEO.
