Team Leader with French (Localization)

Location: Gdansk, Poland; remote/WFH setup with distributed teams across Poland and Romania

What you will do

• Lead daily operations across social media monitoring, content quality, and localization support functions.
• Manage distributed teams across Poland and Romania and ensure SLA, KPI, productivity, and quality targets.
• Own workforce planning, staffing, scheduling, capacity management, and business continuity.
• Handle operational, policy, and quality escalations with internal leadership and clients.
• Lead governance calls, performance reviews, business updates, and regular performance reporting.
• Oversee French content quality and subtitle localization while coordinating QA governance for German, Italian, and French workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in content operations, localization, quality, or a related field.
• Proven experience leading teams, preferably in a multilingual or international environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfort working with reporting tools such as Excel and Power BI.
• English at C1 and French at C1 required.

Nice to have

• Russian at C1.
