Paralegal - North America (Life Sciences)

Location: On-site in Marlborough, Massachusetts, United States

Annual salary: $80,000–$110,000, plus eligible bonus or incentive pay.

What you will do

• Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on non-disclosure agreements for North America requestors, escalating complex or high-risk matters when needed.
• Support standardized contract processes, including Material Transfer Agreements and other common agreements.
• Provide legal support for operating company projects and transactions.
• Maintain legal policies, templates, standard terms, fallback positions, user guides, and other operational resources.
• Develop and deliver training, communications, onboarding materials, and business enablement resources.
• Support corporate governance, legal holds, service of process coordination, shared inbox management, and cross-functional legal operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in a large law firm, corporate legal department, or in-house legal team.
• Independent experience reviewing standardized, scalable contracts, including NDAs and MTAs.
• Proficiency with legal research databases, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital case lifecycle workflows.
• Experience with service of process intake, legal holds administration, or shared inbox monitoring.
• Ability to work on-site in Marlborough, Massachusetts.

Nice to have

• Paralegal Studies degree or certification, or certification from an accredited program completed or in progress.
• Experience in the life sciences or another regulated industry.
• Experience using AI, automation, or workflow tools to streamline legal processes.
