Marketing Specialist (Life Sciences)

Salary: $60,000–$75,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Maintain and refine standard operating procedures for the Life Sciences marketing team.
• Coordinate production of videos, one-pagers, decks, and other design collateral with designers, vendors, and content owners.
• Build and maintain Airtable bases, views, and automations for work, content, collateral, and knowledge management.
• Support campaigns, events, content, and lifecycle marketing programs as a flexible generalist.
• Coordinate timelines, assets, and priorities across marketing, design, and external vendors.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of marketing experience, ideally in marketing operations, production coordination, or content and asset management.
• Hands-on Airtable experience, including building bases, views, and automations.
• Strong process orientation, organizational skills, and written communication.
• Ability to learn new digital tools quickly and coordinate cross-functional work.
• Must be eligible to work remotely from the United States; employment sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B SaaS, healthcare data, or life sciences.
• Familiarity with marketing operations or a broader marketing technology stack.
• Experience partnering with sales, product, or customer success teams.
• Experience building process documentation or knowledge bases.
