Marketing Operations Specialist (Marketo)

Location: United States; remote

Salary: $60,000–$90,000 per year, plus potential incentive compensation, bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits.

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day marketing technology operations, user support, troubleshooting, and data flow validation.
• Configure and optimize marketing platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, and 6sense.
• Execute Marketo programs, including list uploads, email sends, campaign monitoring, and lead nurturing workflows.
• Support data collection, segmentation, list management, email campaign setup, and tracking.
• Generate campaign reports and dashboards, maintain documentation, and support analysis of marketing initiatives.
• Test new configurations, escalate technical issues, improve systems, and support GDPR- and CCPA-aligned practices.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in marketing operations, campaign execution, or marketing technology support.
• Working knowledge of Marketo, HubSpot, or a similar marketing automation platform, and/or Salesforce.
• Curiosity about AI and the ability to apply it to campaign builds, quality assurance, reporting, and documentation.
• Strong organizational, project management, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy when executing technical tasks.
