What you will do

• Define reliable flight test instrumentation architectures for development and certification campaigns across hirify.global aircraft programmes.
• Manage measurement chains and act as the functional architect and focal point for the department.
• Gather and challenge requirements from flight test engineers and pilots, translating them into technical solutions.
• Define architectures for electrical and mechanical design and specific instrumentation hardware, software, and equipment development.
• Report technical risks, request decisions on alternatives, and specify missing or obsolete equipment.
• Support electrical diagram and wire harness design, as well as instrumentation integration activities.

Requirements

• Higher Technician degree or equivalent in aeronautical or space engineering.
• Good knowledge and experience in flight test instrumentation and metrology.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging operational environment.
• Teamwork, autonomy, rigor, strong communication, adaptability, and flexibility.
• Negotiation-level French and English required.
• Entry-level position with permanent employment.
