Assistant General Manager (Hospitality)

Location: Hard Rock Cafe Munich, Germany; onsite

What you will do

• Support the General Manager in leading cafe operations, maintaining brand standards, and achieving business objectives.
• Manage the facility’s assets and contribute to financial performance and key performance metrics.
• Work with Sales to execute the cafe’s sales and marketing plan and support entrée count growth.
• Coordinate cross-department execution of systems, processes, products, and services.
• Coach management and hourly team members, define performance expectations, and support career development.
• Drive guest satisfaction, respond to feedback, and implement local and company initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven hospitality experience, including restaurant frontline operations.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, consultative, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and diagnose business challenges.
• Potential and aspiration to progress to a Hard Rock General Manager role.
• Managers must be able to perform the essential job functions with reasonable accommodation.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Restaurant Management, Business, or Culinary studies.
