Manual Payment Senior Analyst (Finance)

Location: On-site in Sumaré, São Paulo, Brazil, at least four days per week. No regular travel is required; occasional domestic or international travel may be needed. Relocation assistance is not authorized.

What you will do

• Oversee and control the manual payment process for the Americas Operations division.
• Provide day-to-day support to the manual payments team.
• Initiate payments and act as an authorized payment approver under the required six-eyes check.
• Ensure segregation of duties and compliance with internal control requirements.
• Improve the accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency of payment execution.
• Support other departments through independent problem-solving and process management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in accounts payable, manual payments, treasury, or a similar function.
• Advanced English, Spanish, or Portuguese as required for the role.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks while collaborating with a team.
