Location: Hybrid role based in Fort Lupton, Colorado, United States

hirify.global develops carbon removal through a bio-oil injection process and is scaling its monitoring, reporting, and verification operations.

What you will do

  • Gather, quality-assure, and report operational, monitoring, and compliance data for carbon removal projects.
  • Maintain and optimize reporting templates, data rules, standard values, and systems architecture.
  • Act as a power user of the Mangrove and Isometric Certify digital MRV platforms and Charm’s IT infrastructure.
  • Own quality assurance for incoming and outgoing data, ensuring accurate and properly evidenced reporting.
  • Coordinate with operations, engineering, development, materials science, and other cross-functional teams to collect inputs on time.
  • Manage CDR reporting audits, respond to and close VVB findings, and improve verification efficiency across assets and pathways.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, including the ability to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Experience collaborating with diverse teams and translating compliance requirements for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work with operations teams, manage ambiguity, and balance competing deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail and process orientation.
  • Commitment to accurate, consistent, compliant, and scalable data and reporting processes.

Nice to have

  • Experience in carbon accounting or another analytically rigorous or compliance-focused field.
  • Familiarity with carbon removal standards, carbon protocols, and verification frameworks.
  • Advanced degree in carbon management, GHG accounting, lifecycle analysis, or a related field.
