Focus on analyzing and improving code, designing software at multiple abstraction levels, and supporting market changes across HRT's Asia-Pacific trading operations.

What you will do
- Develop and optimize low-level software supporting algorithmic trading in global and Asia-Pacific markets.
- Own the process of entering new markets and manage market changes over time.
- Work with algorithmic trading and operations teams to support trading activities.
- Analyze existing code, identify improvements, and resolve problems quickly.
- Design software at high and low levels, from abstract interfaces to step-by-step algorithms.
Requirements
- C++ development experience.
- Familiarity with UNIX operating systems and command-line work.
- Fluent English for reading, writing, and conversation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently, self-manage, and collaborate effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and improve existing software.
