Program Security Representative (PSR) III

Location: Washington, District of Columbia — onsite workplace. U.S. citizenship and TS/SCI clearance are required; candidates must be able to attain TS/SCI with CI polygraph. Travel: 10–25%.

Salary: $137,870–$186,530 per year, based on experience, geographic location, and contractual requirements.

What you will do

• Provide day-to-day, multi-discipline security support for Special Access Programs, SCI, and collateral activities.
• Ensure compliance with NISPOM, DoD, DCID, ICD, and SAP security policies.
• Develop, implement, and improve security policies, procedures, and systems.
• Identify vulnerabilities, threats, and risks across testing, training, and operational activities.
• Conduct SAP facility compliance reviews, track corrective actions, and investigate potential losses or compromises of classified information.
• Brief personnel, support security training, and provide leadership, mentoring, and oversight to team members.

Requirements

• 10+ years of related experience.
• At least 2 years of Special Access Program experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related area, or an equivalent combination of an associate degree and experience.
• TS/SCI clearance required to start; ability to attain TS/SCI with CI polygraph.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Knowledge of physical security, program security, and security management.

• Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC).
