Benefits Manager (AI Infrastructure)

Location: AMER; Seattle, United States

Salary: $100,000–$160,000 USD annually, plus potential bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Lead the performance, evolution, and scalability of US health and welfare, retirement, leave, and wellbeing programs.
• Provide US market expertise, benchmarking, utilization analysis, and plan design recommendations.
• Lead renewal cycles and Open Enrollment planning with the Global Senior Benefits Manager, brokers, Finance, and benefits providers.
• Govern broker, carrier, and third-party provider performance, including service levels, evaluations, implementations, and transitions.
• Oversee benefits compliance, leave programs, legislative monitoring, operational risks, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Optimize benefits technology, automation, self-service, integrations, scalable processes, and benefits workstreams related to business growth and M&A.

Requirements

• Significant experience managing US employee benefits programs, ideally in a high-growth, multi-state organization.
• Deep knowledge of US health and welfare, retirement, and leave programs.
• Strong working knowledge of ACA, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, Section 125, FMLA, and applicable state requirements.
• Experience with renewals, market benchmarking, plan design recommendations, brokers, carriers, and third-party providers.
• Strong analytical, project management, stakeholder management, communication, and commercial judgment skills.
• Experience improving and scaling benefits programs, processes, and technology in an autonomous, rapidly growing environment.

• Experience in a high-growth technology, AI, or infrastructure business.
• Experience supporting rapidly scaling US employee populations across multiple states, including California and Washington.
• Experience implementing or transforming benefits programs and technology.
