What you will do

• Provide technical support to engineers to improve production processes, including cycle times, performance, unit cost, quality, and safety.
• Create process documentation, including work instructions, visual aids, and sample route sheets.
• Support advanced quality planning documentation and qualification of new production equipment.
• Prepare metrics-based reports using raw data, trends, and monitoring results.
• Analyze deviations in instruments and control systems to identify and resolve problems.
• Support improvement projects and analyze defective material to determine root causes.

Requirements

• Relevant work experience or knowledge of the role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple competing tasks and demands.
• Strong organization, planning, and time-management skills.
• Accountability for achieving goals and standards.
