hirify.globalss="what-you-will-do">What you will do

• Develop and maintain internal control policies, guidelines, and procedures for budgeting, cash and credit management, and accounting.
• Coordinate financial planning, budgeting, procurement, and investment activities for clients.
• Prepare financial information, financial statements, forecasts, budgets, and regulatory reports.
• Evaluate funding and investment needs and provide recommendations.
• Monitor financial ratios and key performance indicators.
• Advise management, oversee accounting staff performance, and communicate with boards, bankers, investors, and other stakeholders.

hirify.globalss="requirements">Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent related experience, education, and training may be accepted.
• Seven years of relevant experience as a Controller or equivalent is required.
• Relevant construction industry experience is highly preferred; public accounting experience is beneficial but not required.
• Thorough working knowledge of accounting software and systems, with QuickBooks and NetSuite experience highly preferred.
• Knowledge of GAAP, including FASB/SFAS, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and related software.
• CPA certification is preferred but not required.
