Corporate Facilities Project Manager (Onsite - Acton) (Medical Device)

Location: Onsite in Acton, Massachusetts, United States; office, plant, and lab work required

Annual base salary: $115,900–$173,800, plus potential incentive compensation

What you will do

• Lead enterprise-wide facility projects from concept through closeout, including office and laboratory renovations and capital improvements.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, implementation plans, ROM estimates, detailed budgets, forecasts, and capital expenditure plans.
• Manage architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders throughout design and construction.
• Oversee MEP and infrastructure upgrades covering HVAC, electrical, plumbing, building automation, and fire protection systems.
• Manage RFPs, bids, contracts, change orders, commissioning, turnover, project records, purchase orders, invoices, and budget reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards while managing risks, contractor performance, and project closeout.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, facilities management, project management, or a related field.
• 7–10+ years of experience managing MEP, infrastructure, and construction projects.
• Experience with CAD, building management systems, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, SAP, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong project controls, financial management, vendor management, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to delegate, prioritize, maintain accurate records, and work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work onsite in an office, plant, and laboratory environment in Acton, Massachusetts.

Nice to have

• Medical device industry and corporate office management experience.
• Working knowledge of Bluebeam and other design or project management platforms.
• OSHA-10, First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications, or willingness to obtain them with training provided.
