Agile Developer 3 (CCA's accepted)

Location: On-site in Annapolis Junction, Maryland, United States. United States citizenship and an appropriate security clearance are required.

Salary: $83.61–$113.22 per hour. The position is eligible for a $5,000 bonus, including a 20% SEP IRA contribution.

What you will do

• Modernize a legacy operational system using a microservices-based architecture and current technologies.
• Analyze, design, verify, validate, implement, apply, and maintain complex software systems.
• Develop and execute manual and automated tests using established test frameworks.
• Author tests with Cucumber and Playwright, including functional, end-to-end, load, performance, and chaos testing.
• Prepare documentation and training materials and present briefings and demonstrations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineers, team members, and stakeholders in an Agile delivery environment.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship and TS/SCI clearance with an agency-appropriate polygraph are required.
• An active Top Secret clearance with a CI polygraph within the last five years is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent combined education and experience.
• At least 9 years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree plus 7 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of microservices design and architecture, CI/CD, test frameworks, test automation, and Agile methodology.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Playwright, Cucumber, JMeter, Swagger, Selenium, Cypress, or 508 testing tools such as JAWS or NVDA.
• Java, JavaScript, Python, or Ansible.
• Kubernetes, Docker, GitLab, or Jira.
