Manager I, FP&A

What you will do

• Support planning, annual budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance review processes for the Americas region.
• Coordinate with country finance teams, business partners, and cross-functional leads to review projections, budgets, and historical results.
• Prepare monthly management reporting packages, including budget-versus-actual analysis, variance explanations, and balance sheet reviews.
• Load budget and forecast adjustments, perform resource allocation analysis, and assess return on investment.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and presentations to support senior management decision-making.
• Maintain process flows, operating manuals, training guides, and standard operating procedures while supporting process and policy improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, completed by the time of application.
• Typically 6+ years of confirmed experience in financial planning and reporting.
• English proficiency at C1 level is required.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, presentation, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to support the Canada Cluster with analysis and presentations for senior-level stakeholders.
• Ability to use Copilot to improve efficiency.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of JD Edwards, Hyperion Planning, and Cognos.
