Working Party Warehouse Management

Location: Tianjin Area, China; onsite warehouse activities

What you will do

• Manage the Working Party Warehouse in line with hirify.global Maintenance Organization procedures and EASA Part-145/FAR 145 regulations.
• Lead activities in the Tianjin Tooling Warehouse and establish operating modes with the Quality department.
• Coordinate worldwide logistics for tooling, including shipment preparation, customs export monitoring, IATA compliance, and forwarder communication.
• Manage tooling procurement, supplier orders, goods reception, disputes, and deployment across the Working Party warehouse network.
• Support metrology processes, calibration follow-up, quality discrepancy resolution, and internal and external audits.
• Coordinate with hirify.global production-site warehouses and contribute to tooling digitalization and innovation projects.

Requirements

• Aviation-related degree.
• Knowledge of EASA Part-145 and FAA 145 regulations, aircraft manufacturing, and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of international logistics, procurement processes, and supplier management.
• Knowledge of metrology principles and experience coordinating quality issues.
• Good level of English, written and verbal, required.
• High computer literacy, autonomy, problem-solving ability, and readiness to work in a multicultural multidisciplinary team.
