What you will do

  • Execute feasibility, site identification, site activation, regulatory start-up, and maintenance activities for assigned studies.
  • Prepare, review, negotiate, track, and distribute site documents, contracts, questionnaires, CDAs, and regulatory materials.
  • Coordinate with investigative sites, sponsors, Site Activation Managers, project management, and internal departments.
  • Track regulatory and ethics approvals, informed consent documentation, Investigator Pack releases, and contract execution.
  • Maintain accurate project information in internal systems, databases, tracking tools, timelines, and project plans.
  • Monitor and report site performance metrics and establish project timelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of clinical research or relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Three years of experience in a healthcare environment, or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of applicable regulations, standard operating procedures, and project requirements.
  • Ability to review documents for completeness, consistency, and accuracy with moderate supervision.
