Biorepository Associate

Location: Valencia, CA, United States of America; onsite. Shift: Tuesday–Saturday, 8:30 PM–5:00 AM.

Salary: $24,400–$50,900 annualized base pay.

What you will do

• Receive consignments, shipments, compounds, and control materials.
• Open shipments and perform quality checks on patient information forms, escalating issues to senior staff.
• Facilitate long-term storage and client sample disposition.
• Support after-hours alarms and other critical laboratory functions.
• Assist with equipment maintenance, supply inventory, workstation cleanup, and administrative duties.
• Follow safety procedures, company processes, and regulatory guidelines while participating in continuing education.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience may be accepted.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to maintain reporting procedures and control workflow.
• Strong organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to build effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand and walk frequently, perform close eye work, and occasionally work in cold temperatures.
