Senior Local Trial Manager (Sponsor Dedicated, Multiple Therapeutics)

Annual base pay: $93,100–$232,800

What you will do

• Lead country-level planning and execution for complex, high-priority, or high-risk clinical trials.
• Manage site feasibility, qualification, selection, recruitment strategies, and site performance optimization.
• Coordinate local trial teams, investigator meetings, vendors, study supplies, and country-level operational activities.
• Monitor study compliance, identify risks and trends, and initiate corrective and preventive actions.
• Oversee patient safety reporting, data quality, essential documents, inspection readiness, and regulatory approvals.
• Manage local trial budgets, forecasting, financial reporting, and applicable site contract negotiations.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in a health- or science-related field.
• 3 to 5+ years of trial management experience, including independent management of complex clinical trials and country-level execution.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, sponsor SOPs, local laws and regulations, protocols, and protocol-specific procedures.
• Strong IT skills with relevant software and sponsor systems.
• Proficient spoken and written English and the applicable country language.
• Willingness to travel occasionally, including overnight stays.
