Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Healthcare)

hirify.global is presenting a customer service opportunity with a client serving patients, providers, and referral sources in healthcare-related services.

What you will do

• Respond to inbound calls and inquiries from patients, providers, and referral sources.
• Complete intake orders and determine service eligibility and coverage.
• Maintain accurate patient and service account records and document interactions in the patient information system.
• Resolve concerns, de-escalate service issues, and coordinate corrections with appropriate resources.
• Schedule deliveries, pickups, and service changes while collaborating with internal departments.
• Meet performance goals, participate in training, and support company initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least six months of related contact or call center experience.
• Strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and other computer applications.
• Ability to multitask while speaking with customers and accurately documenting information.
