Sales Trainee (Manufacturing)

Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States; full-time, onsite role with travel to customer sites and other facilities for training.

What you will do

• Learn company products, policies, procedures, sales tools, and business systems.
• Enter customer orders accurately and prepare reports for supervisors and management.
• Assist with production activities and learn purchasing, shipping, and receiving processes.
• Support customer service, respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and build customer relationships.
• Travel with account managers, make sales calls to current and prospective clients, and assist with sales activities.
• Travel to other facilities as part of best-practice training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing, or equivalent work experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
• Ability to communicate effectively with organizational levels and the public, verbally and in writing.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to travel with account managers and to other company facilities.
