Sales Internship - Summer 2027 (Powersports)

Location: Plymouth or Medina, Minnesota, USA; onsite with daily commuting to the assigned office

Salary: $20.50–$28.50 per hour, plus eligibility for overtime

What you will do

• Complete project-based sales assignments aligned with business objectives.
• Support dealer enablement through dealer training and development, owner connections, fixed operations, and low-funnel marketing.
• Contribute to business development and channel initiatives, including dealer policies, distribution footprint, market performance, showroom displays, and merchandising.
• Support product line sales through program development and execution, demand and supply analytics, competitive analysis, and retail decision-making.
• Improve dealership experience and operations through root-cause analysis, countermeasures, solicitation ownership, and sales enablement.
• Present internship outcomes and recommendations to senior leaders.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in business with an emphasis in sales, marketing, or a related field, with an intended graduation date between August 2027 and May 2029.
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
• Availability for a full 12-week internship and 40 hours per week during one of the specified 2027 internship periods.
• Willingness and ability to relocate and commute daily to the assigned Minnesota office.
• Must be a U.S. person and must not require employment sponsorship now or in the future.
• Reliable transportation and previous experience with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, and Word.

Nice to have

• Previous internship, co-op, or relevant project experience.
• Strengths in analysis, creative problem-solving, communication, interpersonal relationships, self-motivation, or leadership.
• Leadership experience in work, organizations, or coursework.
• At least two years of university coursework and interest in long-term leadership development.

Hiring process

• Applications are reviewed from August through November, followed by an initial phone screen.
• Selected candidates complete a virtual panel interview with an HR business partner and functional leader.
• Specific internship assignments are communicated in February after alignment with interests and business demand.
