Analyst WMS Manager Research

Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States. Hybrid schedule with at least four days per week in the office and one day per week working from home.

Base salary: $93,400–$128,400 per year, with potential variable compensation depending on the role.

What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive qualitative and quantitative investment research, analysis, and manager selection for assigned product lines.
• Perform ongoing due diligence for mutual funds, separate accounts, investment strategists, and managed-account products.
• Support model portfolios, recommended lists, assigned asset classes, and the U.S. Growth Equity category.
• Update, maintain, and improve analytical tools, investment models, and processes.
• Manage relationships with external partners and discuss product performance, due diligence, and operational matters.
• Contribute as a subject matter expert to medium-scale cross-organizational projects, including development, project formation, marketing, and maintenance.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Series 7 license or ability to obtain it within 120 days.
• Strong quantitative, investment analysis, written, verbal communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Valid U.S. work authorization without current or future visa sponsorship requirements.
• Ability to work in the office at least four days per week in Minneapolis.

Nice to have

• Prior manager research experience.
• CFA, CAIA, CIMA, or CIPM certification.
• Experience with Excel, Access, FactSet, or Morningstar Direct.
• Experience managing professional relationships with third-party institutions.
