Quality Inspector

Location: Clarkston, Georgia, United States; onsite, 2nd and 3rd shifts available

Salary: $22.52 per hour starting rate. A separate US applicant range is listed as $19.88–$25.41 per hour.

What you will do

• Inspect products for compliance with order specifications, customer requirements, and quality control systems.
• Verify that legal requirements and shipping and packing facilities conform to specified standards.
• Detect minute non-conformances, including cracks, voids, and tool marks, through detailed visual inspection.
• Operate small hand tools, process equipment, precision tools, and inspection equipment safely and accurately.
• Apply sound judgment to prevent equipment damage and maintain efficient operations.
• Follow corporate policies, security standards, and environmental health and safety procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or higher completed before starting.
• Previous quality inspection experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
• Strong visual skills and dexterity for operating tools and equipment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.
• Applicants may be required to pass hirify.global-selected testing during the selection process.

Nice to have

• Experience in the aerospace or defense industry.
• Security clearance.
