RN Health Coach - Evernorth - Remote

Location: Remote from a dedicated home office anywhere in the contiguous United States

Salary: USD 77,500–129,100 annually, plus eligibility for an annual bonus plan

What you will do

• Provide virtual coaching and support focused on stress, anxiety, depression, and other health challenges.
• Conduct stress, anxiety, depression, and targeted health screenings to identify education and care needs.
• Partner with customers to create health improvement plans, establish evidence-based goals, and address barriers to better health.
• Use biometric values and motivational interviewing to improve clinical outcomes.
• Lead group coaching, wellness challenges, health seminars, and other promotional activities.
• Coordinate with clinical programs, client-specific programs, and matrix partners while tracking clinical targets and outcome measures.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with an active, unrestricted license in the applicable state; a compact or additional state license may be required.
• At least one year of experience in health coaching, health education, or health promotion.
• Current ACLS, BLS, CPR, or AED certification.
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred.
• Dedicated home office with high-speed cable broadband or fiber internet of at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.
• Strong clinical, presentation, administrative, computer, independent-working, and professional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Behavioral health and stress-reduction experience.
• Chronic disease management experience.
• Master’s degree in psychology or a related field.
• NBHWC certification or motivational interviewing training.
