Senior Lead Software Engineer (Azure/ETL)

Salary: $114,500–$194,700 USD per year

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end Master Data Management data pipeline from source systems through mastering and downstream distribution.
• Design, develop, and implement scalable ETL solutions for reliable data integration and transformation.
• Define data contracts, quality standards, validation rules, and control frameworks for master data.
• Manage batch processing performance, SLA adherence, and issue resolution.
• Modernize ETL capabilities through Azure-based technologies, automation, and performance improvements.
• Provide technical direction, mentorship, and oversight to the ETL team.

Requirements

• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without employment-based visa sponsorship.
• U.S. visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
• Experience leading MDM data integration, ingestion, transformation, quality assurance, and distribution.
• Experience designing scalable ETL solutions and data validation frameworks.
• Experience with batch processing, SLA management, and Azure-based technologies.
