Senior Manager, Accounting (AI-Enabled Finance)

Salary: $140,000–$160,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead and direct the Corporate General Accounting function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Oversee subsidiary accounting operations, consolidation, monthly cash flow statements, cash forecasting, liquidity analysis, banking relationships, and investment decisions.
• Manage monthly and year-end general ledger close in accordance with company timelines, policies, and US GAAP.
• Develop management reports, dashboards, and financial analyses to support budgeting and strategic operating decisions.
• Use Microsoft Copilot and AI-enabled tools to automate workflows and improve finance processes.
• Recruit, mentor, develop, and train accounting staff while coordinating internal and external audits and special projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance and/or Accounting.
• At least 6 years of accounting experience, including experience managing others.
• Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, cost control, and general accounting principles.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Proficiency with Power BI for developing and interpreting dashboards, reports, and financial analytics.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Copilot and AI-enabled productivity tools, plus excellent oral and written communication skills.
