Strategy Insights & Planning Consultant (Emerging Pharma)

Location: Hybrid position based in San Diego or South San Francisco, California, United States, combining work from home with on-site presence at clients or hirify.global offices. Travel is required as needed for client-facing projects.

Salary: $160,000–$177,000 per year.

What you will do

• Work with project leadership to define project scope and develop project approaches.
• Lead project task execution, organize project data, track progress, and coordinate team meetings.
• Analyze client issues, develop hypotheses, and design qualitative and quantitative analyses.
• Synthesize findings into recommendations and communicate results to clients and internal teams.
• Provide thought leadership, contribute to business development and firm initiatives, and support innovation.
• Coach and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• MBA with a bachelor's degree and strong academic performance in business, economics, marketing, psychology, life sciences, engineering, applied mathematics, statistics, or a related field; alternatively, a relevant PhD or 5–8 years of relevant experience in lieu of an MBA or PhD.
• Up to 3 years of relevant post-MBA experience and 3–5 years of pre-MBA experience.
• Strong analytical problem-solving, synthesis, attention to detail, communication, and client service skills.
• Ability and motivation to lead and manage teams, work independently, and collaborate effectively.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer visa sponsorship.
