Senior Premier WFM Consultant (UKG WFM)

Location: Remote within the United States; travel up to 40% for client work.

Salary: $100,000–$140,000 per year with bonus potential.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary functional consultant for an assigned portfolio of Premier Services clients.
• Build workforce management roadmaps aligned with client goals and business priorities.
• Lead complex UKG Pro Workforce Management initiatives from planning through delivery.
• Design, configure, validate, and optimize UKG WFM solutions, including timekeeping and accruals.
• Prepare design documentation, testing artifacts, training materials, and solution recommendations.
• Manage stakeholders, risks, scope, capacity, forecasting, client expectations, and consultant mentoring.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of UKG partner consulting experience delivering UKG Pro Workforce Management solutions.
• Expertise in UKG Pro Workforce Management timekeeping, accruals, and additional modules.
• Experience building client relationships and guiding stakeholders toward effective solutions.
• Experience managing multiple projects and ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work fully remotely from the United States and travel up to 40% as needed.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Experience with UKG Pro WFM Attendance, Absence, Analytics, or Boomi integrations.
