Solution Consultant (Figaro)

Location: UK-wide, hybrid / remote

What you will do

• Act as the primary client contact for Figaro queries, platform usage, demonstrations, and best-practice guidance.
• Lead business analysis activities, facilitate workshops, and gather, analyse, and document client requirements.
• Translate business needs into structured requirements and coordinate delivery between clients, development teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Support Figaro implementations, configuration and data changes, third-party impact assessments, troubleshooting, and practical workarounds.
• Deliver client training, knowledge-transfer sessions, documentation reviews, and platform walkthroughs.
• Share client feedback with product, development, and documentation teams and contribute to continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience in consulting, business analysis, development, or a similar client-facing environment.
• Strong knowledge and experience of the hirify.global Figaro platform.
• Experience in wealth management, investments, pensions, life insurance, or wider financial services.
• Strong requirements-gathering, business analysis, analytical, problem-solving, and data-interpretation skills.
• Understanding of the regulatory environment relevant to hirify.global and its clients.
• Proven experience working directly with customers and stakeholders, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• SQL knowledge and experience.
• Additional client-facing consultancy experience.
• Experience supporting software implementations or platform change projects.
• Knowledge of investment operations and wealth management processes.
