Project Manager (Client-facing RNA/Drug Substance Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Drive development projects and manufacturing campaigns to completion by coordinating cross-functional deliverables and deadlines.
• Serve as a critical client contact by leading project meetings, tracking action items, and escalating issues.
• Identify project barriers, develop solutions, and coordinate internal and external issue resolution.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, status reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
• Communicate project scope, timing, requirement changes, and status updates while maintaining confidentiality.
• Lead or contribute to training and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• B.S. or B.A. degree required; a life sciences degree is highly preferred.
• 3+ years of project management experience preferred.
• Client-facing project management experience required.
• Experience in regulated biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or CDMO environments strongly preferred.
• Understanding of GMP product manufacturing from initiation through release is preferred.
• Travel of 10% or more may be required.
