Sr. Android Engineer (Kotlin)

What you will do

• Own Android projects from planning and technical implementation through deployment and post-deployment support.
• Build and extend a mobile application used by hundreds of thousands of consumers daily.
• Develop ad monetization and gamification features, including engagement-oriented product experiences.
• Write high-quality, stable, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Drive testing, code quality, performance, and continuous delivery best practices.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Backend, and engineering teams; lead technical design discussions and code reviews.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience building large-scale Android applications.
• Professional experience with Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, Dagger, MVI, and Clean Architecture.
• Experience building Android applications with ads, including ad network integrations, ad caching, and performance monitoring.
• Experience adding gamification features such as leaderboards, badges, progress tracking, and streaks.
• Strong automated testing, debugging, problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while delivering high-quality features at a fast pace.

Nice to have

• Experience with AppLovin and MAX mediation.
• Comfort working in a startup environment.
