Location: Remote, Latin America only, with overlap with US Eastern business hours

What you will do

• Run the monthly content cycle and curate a weekly newsletter digest into an actionable idea pipeline.
• Research, source, structure, and draft company blog content and LinkedIn articles.
• Manage press pitching, awards submissions, event recommendations, speaker pitches, CFP submissions, and event recaps.
• Own GEO implementation and maintain the company’s presence for AI-driven discovery.
• Update the website and keep pitch decks, one-pagers, and client-facing collateral aligned with the brand kit.
• Report monthly to leadership and improve the workflows and AI prompts behind the content system.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing or communications, preferably in technology.
• Near-native written English for daily writing aimed at a US audience.
• Strong editorial judgment and the ability to improve drafts and explain editorial decisions.
• Professional LinkedIn experience, including company-page strategy and post-performance analysis.
• Experience using AI tools as a production system and the ability to work independently.
• Applicants must be based in Latin America and able to overlap with US Eastern business hours.

Nice to have

• Fintech, wealth tech, or health tech experience.
• Media relations or PR experience, especially pitching.
• Experience with awards submissions or event speaker pitching.
• SEO or GEO working knowledge.
