AI Engineering Intern (AI)

Location: US-Remote

US base pay range: $45–$45 USD

What you will do

• Build proof-of-concept AI agents for internal engineering workflows, including incident analysis and code review summaries.
• Develop and optimize RAG pipelines for technical documentation and runbooks.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement AI-driven improvements.
• Evaluate and document emerging AI-assisted coding and monitoring tools.
• Apply data hygiene and secrets management practices to automated workflows.

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
• Knowledge of Python for automation and data processing.
• Project experience or demonstrated interest in AI/ML, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with Git workflows.
• Must be available for US-Remote work.

Nice to have

• Experience building small ML pipelines or working with vector databases and RAG frameworks.
• Foundational experience with AWS or GCP services such as Lambda, S3, or SageMaker.
• Exposure to CI/CD or infrastructure-as-code tools such as GitHub Actions and Docker.
