2027 Summer Internship Program (Finance)

Location: Onsite internships in Arizona, California, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, and Washington. Specific locations include Safford, Tempe, Yuma, Dinuba, Hanford, Imperial, Paso Robles, Tulare, Idaho Falls, Nampa, Twin Falls, Bozeman, Great Falls, Junction City, Ontario, Pendleton, Salem, Burlington, Moses Lake, Pasco, Seattle, and Spokane.

Salary: $22.00 per hour. A temporary housing stipend is available for interns who need housing because of their internship location.

What you will do

• Gain practical exposure to careers in financial services.
• Learn about credit and lending, crop insurance, country home lending, and appraisal.
• Complete an individual research project.
• Follow a formal learning guide covering different business areas and positions.
• Work with a designated coach throughout the internship.

Requirements

• Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program is required.
• Degree focus in business, accounting, finance, agricultural economics, agricultural business, or a related field.
• Relevant coursework in agricultural business, finance, accounting, economics, farm and ranch management, business management, or marketing.
• Strong communication, analytical, computer, and teamwork skills demonstrated through extracurricular activities or outside work experience.
• Proof of authorization to work in the United States is required if hired.
• Applicants must not require work authorization sponsorship, including H-1B, OPT, CPT, TN, J-1, or STEM sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Junior standing with expected graduation in 2028 is preferred.
• Agricultural background.
