Senior Analyst - Pricing

Location: Kohler, Wisconsin, United States. Hiring is limited to states where hirify.global has an established business presence; remote work is unavailable in Alaska, Arkansas, Delaware, Hawaii, Maine, North Dakota, Nebraska, Vermont, West Virginia, and Wyoming. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

Salary: $76,050–$96,050 per year.

What you will do

• Analyze large datasets to identify pricing trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Develop and implement pricing strategies and models that optimize revenue and profitability.
• Conduct market research on industry trends, competitive pricing, and customer preferences.
• Build Power BI dashboards and reports and present pricing insights to leadership.
• Perform scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis for revenue, margin, and profitability impacts.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and product development teams while improving data workflows and pricing processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, marketing, statistics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, financial analysis, pricing, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, dashboards, visualization, and best practices.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Automate or similar workflow automation tools.
• Proficiency with Excel, SQL, Python, R, or similar data analysis tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder-influence, data governance, and data accuracy skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with demand forecasting, elasticity modeling, or advanced pricing analytics.
• Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce.
