2027 Studio - Demand Management Marketing Intern (AI)

Location: United States; principally in-person Workplace for Your Day model with flexibility determined with the supervisor and team. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Salary: $25.00 per hour in Colorado and Illinois.

What you will do

• Support the coordination of marketing campaigns and projects with internal teams and external vendors.
• Manage project workflows, timelines, deliverables, approvals, and status updates in project management tools.
• Help organize project kickoffs, status meetings, and campaign activities.
• Monitor milestones and deadlines, identify risks, and help keep projects on track.
• Support process documentation, continuous improvement, campaign tracking, UTM creation, and link management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and gain exposure to multiple marketing disciplines.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Interest in marketing operations, project management, campaign management, or process improvement.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and interest in emerging technologies, including AI.
