QA Specialist (Marketing)

Location: Remote - Mexico; fully remote

What you will do

• Review layouts, functionality, copy, imagery, colour, fonts, and animation across websites, social posts, video banners, print, and OOH designs.
• Test responsiveness and usability across Chrome, Safari, Edge, and Firefox on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Verify deliverables against approved briefs, brand guidelines, and quality standards.
• Track testing reports, checklists, and QA results while clearly reporting issues.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Design, Creative, Copywriting, and Client Services teams to resolve issues.
• Suggest improvements to QA processes and production workflows.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in QA within a creative agency, in-house marketing team, or production studio.
• Experience quality-checking marketing materials and integrated campaigns with multiple asset variations.
• Experience supporting high-volume production environments with tight deadlines.
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing messaging, brand tone, and brand governance.
• Good English communication and teamwork skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail, ownership, prioritisation, and proactive process improvement skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated industries such as aviation, healthcare, finance, or technology.
• Experience with global brand toolkits.
• Exposure to AI-generated creative and versioning workflows.
• Experience developing QA checklists and documentation frameworks.
