QA Specialist (Automation & Manual Tester)

Location: Remote from anywhere in the Philippines; Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Salary: PHP 124,000–PHP 186,000 per month, depending on experience, technical depth, and architectural capability.

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and execute manual and automated test cases for web applications and software products.
• Identify, document, and track defects, issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Design and implement automated test scripts using appropriate tools and frameworks.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders on requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in code reviews and verify that releases meet quality standards before deployment.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience as a QA Specialist, QA Engineer, or in a similar software testing role.
• Strong knowledge of manual testing processes and methodologies.
• Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, TestNG, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with Java, Python, or JavaScript for test automation.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web application architecture.
• Experience with bug tracking and test management tools such as Jira, TestRail, or Bugzilla, plus strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
