Technical Writer (Aerospace and Defense)

Location: Hybrid work from the Los Angeles office

What you will do

• Produce and maintain product documentation for embedded compute cards and ruggedized processing systems.
• Create user manuals, product specification sheets, system architecture documentation, and proposal content.
• Manage documentation workflows, including version control, quality assurance, document lifecycles, and repositories.
• Interview engineers and subject matter experts to interpret technical information and create accurate documentation.
• Support customer integrations, certification processes, and proposal success through clear technical content.

Requirements

• Experience in technical writing and product documentation.
• Engineering, technician, or comparable technical background.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Adobe, and relevant word-processing or publishing software.
• Familiarity with SharePoint, Confluence, or other document repositories.
• Ability to write accurate, concise, and consistent professional prose.
• U.S. work eligibility and compliance with applicable U.S. Government export control requirements are required.
