Intern in Clearing Department

Location: 55 Bd Royal, 2449 Ville-Haute, Luxembourg

Compensation: up to €1,500 monthly

What you will do

• Support the distribution and delivery of SWIFT messages.
• Assist with sending and transferring notices and emails from agent banks.
• Communicate with agent banks to confirm the bank’s position.
• Print and send bank statements.
• Support the Loan Settlement team by providing vouchers to the front office.
• Complete other clearing-related tasks assigned by the team manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or a related business field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in English and Chinese is essential.
• Initiative, independence, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SQL, Microsoft Access, Python, or SWIFT.
• Previous related internship experience.
• Knowledge of additional languages.
