What you will do
- Conduct daily quality assurance tasks under the direction of the QA Supervisor and Manager.
- Review supplier quality checks and inspect chillers and dry stores for FIFO compliance, batch codes, expiry dates, and allergen segregation.
- Audit kitchen and operational areas, including temperature controls, paperwork, cleanliness, and personal hygiene.
- Supervise compliance with internal production safety rules and help prevent incidents.
- Submit daily reports covering incidents, issues, solutions, and production development.
- Support the international QA events team in different locations when required.
Requirements
- HACCP and Food Hygiene Certification.
- BSc in Food Science or experience in a similar quality assurance role.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, reporting, and data management.
- Meticulous, detail-oriented, data-driven, and capable of leading, mentoring, and motivating production teams.
- Hands-on problem-solving skills, flexibility, and the ability to implement and track quality standards.
