Field Operations Representative (Russian Speaker, Southern Area)

Location: Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel, with daily field travel across Southern Israel, including Beer Sheva, Arava, and Mitzpe Ramon. The role includes onsite work Monday through Wednesday, with additional onsite attendance as needed.

What you will do

• Travel daily to meet customers at their workplaces or agreed locations across Southern Israel.
• Guide customers through the complete onboarding process.
• Explain hirify.global’s financial services clearly and patiently.
• Work independently while coordinating closely with back-office and internal teams.
• Represent hirify.global’s values and deliver a strong customer experience during every interaction.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Russian are mandatory.
• Good English for internal communication is mandatory.
• A valid driver’s license is mandatory.
• Flexibility to adjust working hours when needed.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a daily field schedule.

Nice to have

• Experience in field work or customer-facing roles.
• Hebrew or additional language skills.
