Creative Copywriter (E-commerce)

hirify.global operates an e-commerce project focused on creative, performance-driven advertising and metal art products.

What you will do

• Develop creative concepts and angles for Meta and TikTok advertising based on customer personas, brand standards, and performance objectives.
• Write high-quality copy for advertising briefs, video voiceovers, UGC scripts, and production briefs.
• Monitor creatives from ideation through execution, testing, and performance analysis.
• Present learnings and explain the reasoning behind creative decisions.
• Review and sign off on creatives before testing, ensuring performance principles, brand standards, and accurate copy.
• Monitor competitors, market trends, messaging, creative angles, and emerging formats to generate new concepts.

Requirements

• More than 2 years of experience writing high-converting ads, VSLs, landing pages, UGC scripts, and production briefs for e-commerce.
• Experience working with performance KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, and CVR.
• Understanding of buying psychology and the ability to create persuasive messaging and high-performing ads.
• Data-driven and scientific approach to creative development, including turning insights into compelling narratives, hooks, and angles.
• Strong organization, time management, communication, ownership, and growth-mindset skills.
• Experience using AI and process-simplification tools, plus familiarity with project-management and documentation tools.
