Clinical Research Scientist II

Location: Fully remote

Salary: $120,000–$140,000 annually, plus benefits.

What you will do

• Design and execute rigorous clinical and applied research.
• Publish peer-reviewed academic research, white papers, and internal analyses.
• Evaluate tools and training programs used across the psychologist and psychiatrist network.
• Maintain clinical study plans, timelines, budgets, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional study activities and dependencies from protocol initiation through close-out.
• Support protocol adherence, IRB submissions, financial tracking, risk identification, and mitigation planning.

Requirements

• Licensed mental health clinician with a PhD or PsyD in psychology or a related field.
• First-author publications and a track record of peer-reviewed academic research.
• Fluency in R or Python.
• Experience supporting clinical research studies or research programs and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams with appropriate prioritization and escalation.
