Frontend Software Engineer - Website Team (React)

Location: Kfar Saba, Israel (hybrid)

What you will do

• Architect, build, and scale high-performance public web experiences with React and NextJS.
• Monitor and optimize site speed and Core Web Vitals, including LCP, INP, and TBT.
• Partner with Marketing, Product Managers, and Data Analysts on SEM tools, tracking integrations, and conversion funnels.
• Own features from technical scoping and design through implementation, automated testing, deployment, and post-launch monitoring.
• Evolve CMS architecture, design systems, and frontend tooling while maintaining code quality and mentoring team members.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in frontend or full-stack, high-scale production web environments.
• Advanced proficiency with React or modern JavaScript frameworks, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Git, SDKs, and APIs.
• Experience with Core Web Vitals, web performance optimization, technical SEO, backend/server concepts, and modern CMS architecture.
• Strong experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end automated testing.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and familiarity with cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Jenkins, or Terraform.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with AI-assisted agentic development workflows using coding assistants such as Cursor and Claude. A B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience is required.
